How we price
HDB painting is sold as fixed packages with Nippon Paint, from $589 for a 2-room flat. Every flat size has four paint options, from Nippon Matex to Odourless EasyWash, and extras such as sealer, doors or anti-mould ceilings are priced separately, so you know the cost before we start. What every package includes
- Nippon Paint or equivalent, 2 to 3 coats depending on wall condition
- Wall preparation: filling hairline cracks and sanding uneven areas
- Floors, furniture and fittings covered before we paint
- Touch-ups after the main work, and cleanup when we finish
- A free digital colour preview, with colour advice from the Nippon Paint, Asian Paints and Benjamin Moore catalogues
How a job works
- Send us your flat type, the rooms you want painted and a few photos on WhatsApp.
- We reply with a package and a price. The final quote is confirmed after we see your home or the photos.
- Pick your colours, with a free digital preview if you want one.
- We protect your home, prepare the walls and paint.
- We do touch-ups and clean up before we leave.
