For a 4-room HDB flat, our packages run from $689 to $1,340. A 5-room flat costs $889 to $1,440, and an executive apartment $989 to $1,550. For HDB flats we use fixed packages. The price depends on your flat size and the Nippon paint range you choose (Basic Matex to Luxury Odourless EasyWash), plus any extras your walls need, such as sealer, peeling repair, doors or high ceilings. Send us your flat type and a few photos on WhatsApp and we reply with a price; the final quote is confirmed after we see your home or the photos. Condo, landed and commercial jobs are quoted after a site visit or from photos. See every package and add-on on our painting price list.
