HDB & Condo Painting Price List Singapore (2026)

Our painting packages start from $589 for a 2-room HDB and go up to $1,850 for an executive mansionette, depending on the paint you choose. Every package includes Nippon paint (or equivalent), labour and wall preparation, furniture protection, touch-ups and post-cleaning. There is no minimum spend and no hidden charge.

Paint: Nippon Paint or equivalent, 2 to 3 coats depending on wall condition
Labour and surface preparation: we fill hairline cracks and sand uneven areas for a smooth finish
Furniture and floor protection: floors, furniture and fittings are covered to avoid splatters
Touch-ups after the main work
Post-painting cleanup, and we help put furniture back if needed

Sealer: +$40 per room, or +$140 to $340 for the whole house
Door frame: +$20 each; door and door frame set: +$50
Upgrade to anti-mould ceiling: +$40 per bedroom
Balcony painting: +$70 to $90 per balcony
Major paint peeling and putty repair: $40 to $290, depending on the damage
Extra colour: $40 for one wall, $90 for one room
High ceiling (above 2.8m): +$90 to $390
Pipe painting: +$40 per toilet or yard
Wallpaper removal: $40 per wall or $90 per room
Touch-up trip after completion: $140 to $240

Why very cheap painting quotes often cost more

A quote far below the market rate has to save money somewhere. Common shortcuts are diluted or unbranded paint, a single coat, little or no wall preparation, and no protection for your furniture. The result can be patchy walls, peeling within months and a second repaint bill.

When you compare quotes, ask what paint brand and range is used, how many coats are included, whether wall preparation and cleanup are included, and what is charged for extras. Our packages state the paint, the coats and what is included, so you can compare like for like.
